Old School With Caz & Lou

The main theme of the show focuses around things from when the majority of Cardiff University students were kids; TV shows, toys, songs etc from around 1985-90s.

Features:

Guess the sound: Play a clip of a TV theme or soundbite of a toy and get listeners to guess what it is. (i.e clip of Kellogg’s ‘whirligig’ spoke jewels, pogs etc)

One Hit Wonder: Get listeners to text in any suggestions for a track from the 80s/90s and a reason for it and at the end of the show play one.

Mixmash: Pick five TV/Cartoon theme songs and mix them all together and have people guess what they are

Blast from the past: Chat about item/show/toy etc from childhood with a funny story.
