Saturday Night Therapy

Tune into Saturday Night Therapy, 8.30pm to 10pm every week for a collection of the latest and most thunder pounding punk rock tunes out there to sooth your weekly troubles away, scream along to the songs we play to make it all ok. Well, a little better we hope at least!

Playing everything from a little stamp your feet pop-punk, skank around ska and even a little well earned scream your nuts of Hardcore. Tune in to hear the likes of Less Than Jake, Goldfinger, Dropkick Murphys, The Used, Rise Against, Comeback Kid, Sum 41, Pennywise, Alkaline Trio, AFI, Ignite, Capdown, NOFX, Lagwagon, No Use For a Name, Belvedere, The Lawrence Arms and many many more!

Bringing you old and new from some of the world’s biggest and loudest bands and introducing some of the latest to hit the scene, those making the latest headlines and those just getting started. If you’re in a band, give us a shout, tell us how amazing we are and we’ll play your songs, and if you’re not in a band, well we still want to hear from you, give us a jimmy jangle and have a chat about everything punk rock related.

Saturday Night Therapy, with myself Jamie Bowles, Ted Hayden and my producers Andrea Brown and Mark Fabian, a little punk goodness and at times some genuinely strange and quirky conversations. What more could you want? And don’t say something like a Playstation 3 because we really can’t give you that, but you should still listen to the show!
