The Soapbox has been described (allegedly) as the perfect blend of current issues, comic anecdotes and intelligent observations, with an illuminating slant on the less published – or more commonly, the outrageously publicised – media stories.

We – that is Emma, Rachel, Sophie, John and Jon – are not ones for passively ambling through life. We like to stir things up a little, not concerning the globally vital questions of Britney’s latest divorce or even Paris’s latest underwear garment, but on the issues that actually affect the people and the planet. Radical? Perhaps. Controversial? Probably – but whatever your viewpoint The Soapbox is likely to make you laugh and gasp in fairly equal measure.
